Walks Director's Report 2010/2011

The outing held early March 2011 at Sirius Cove Reserve, Mosman concluded our walks program for the club year. The highlight of the past year would have to be our two day visit in early September to Kiama where we undertook a tree top walk known as 'The Illawarra Fly' located on the south coast near Jamberoo. Twenty nine people, mainly members, made the trip. Late November found us back at Bayview Golf Club for lunch with 59 participating.

Since our club became gender mixed in April 2010 attendances have improved with as many as 32 old and new members joining our first outing for the year in January at Clontarf.

I thank the group once again for your wonderful support and do hope we have increasing numbers attending this year.
