Manly Probus Golf Day On 25 February 2011, at Balgowlah Golf Club, Manly Probus Club and Seaforth Probus Club played a 9 hole match. We are pleased to advise after a very close game that we won the David Millard Trophy which was accepted by our President Doug Stockwell.
The result was decided by taking the average of the top 5 scores from each club. Manly Probus fielded a team of 7 golfers and our best golfer was David Keating with a score of of 24. Seaforth Probus team consisted of 11 golfers with Ian Stevenson scoring 26.
An enjoyable morning was had by all and a great opportunity to mix with the members of Seaforth Probus Club. We hope to have another match with Seaforth Probus in October/November 2011

Bowls Report For the start of 2011, some good news about the Manly Probus Club bowlers.
We had a most enjoyable day at Royal Balgowlah Bowling Club on Friday 7 January 2011 where 42 bowlers met to compete in our annual competition against Balgowlah Probus Club.
It gives me great pleasure to report that Manly Probus Club came out winners by a healthy margin of 43 shots (Manly 129 to Balgowlah 86). Vice President Neville Bull accepted the Sir Roden Cutler Trophy on our behalf.
Congratulations to the Manly team and our team of supporters who came along.
